Construction protocol: Approximately 50 mg of the liver was digested using 6 M TNES-Urea buffer, Proteinase K (20 mg/?l), and 2 ?l of RNase A (100 mg/?l) and then incubated overnight at 37 ?C with slow shaking. DNA was extracted from the digested samples using the standard phenol-chloroform method.
